NAAAP-Seattle hosts Q & A with Ms. Wendy Duong, the first Vietnamese American to be appointed as associate judge and Magistrate Judge for the State of Texas (presiding in Houston), 2011-2012 US Fulbright Scholar, law professor at the University of Denver, and award-winning author and artist. She authored a Historical Fiction, “Daughters of the River Huong” a Vietnamese royal concubine & her descendants. Free to NAAAP-Seattle members and their guests.
